Please read these terms of sale carefully. By placing your order with us (Melina Clark), you (the customer) will be accepting the following terms and conditions.

Ordering from our website

In order to purchase a product from our website you will need to create an account.

Any orders that are placed on this site are an “invitation to treat” rather than a contract of sale. Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation by email. When you receive this order, with confirmation of price and availability, the contract between us becomes binding.

This order confirmation is your receipt. Please print a copy and retain for your records.

Pricing and Payments

Payments for each jewels are as listed on our website. They are in British Pounds Sterling (BPS). You will be charged in BPS and prices may vary according to credit card charges and currency fluctuations. You may also have to pay import duties and taxes, that you are entirely responsible for in accordance with your countries laws. Payment methods are by credit card or debit card only.

Delivery

Delivery dates are only estimated and we cannot be help responsible for any delivery of goods outside the time frame indicated.

Changing your mind

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. All cancellations must be in writing and must be in the same condition, within the original packaging, to receive a full refund. No products that have been altered or specially commissioned may be returned. This includes any items that have been resized or engraved.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Please contact us to let us know if you require an exchange or a refund. All cancellations and exchanges must be in writing. Refunds will be issued by the method you made the payment and usually take around 30 days from the day we received the cancellation notice.

Returning an item

Once you have written to inform us that you are cancelling and returning your item. We will give you an address to send the product back to. We strongly advise that you send either by Special Delivery with insurance or Internationally Tracked (signed for an insured) as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive or got lost in the post. You are responsible for the payment of shipping for returned goods.

Your Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights, including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

It is very unlikely that you will receive faulty or damaged goods as all of our products are meticulously checked before being sent out. However, if you do received an item that is faulty or damaged you must inform us in writing and contact us with 7 days for a replacement, exchange for another item or refund.
